Terms of service

PAYMENT

Client may choose to pay upfront, or half and half (Milestones) especially for commissions over $100.Client must be transparent if the artwork will be used for personal use, streamer/content creator licensing, or merchandising and commercial use.

REVISIONS

For minor revisions that don't require me altering half of the work, there shall be no additional fees.Major revisions will be charged, especially if progress is more than half of the commission.Re-doing the whole commission will fall under major revisions.The client is entitled to 3 (three) free revision rounds, any more than that will be charged a revision fee of $5-$15 depending on complexity.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

I will be informing the client should there be any circumstance that will delay the delivery of the commission/ update.Delivery of the final artwork happens usually three weeks from when the commission request has been accepted.Should the client have a hard deadline that is less than the usual timeframe, a rush fee will be charged. (less than 2 weeks)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS/COMMERCIAL USE

If the client wishes to have rights to my artwork, they will be required to pay additional fees (+60% - 120% additional to the total costing)+60% for use as social media/streamer content+120% for merchandising

REFUND POLICY

If I can not finish the artwork due to circumstances, I will refund depending on how far I've gone into the commission. (If my progress is 25%, I will refund 75% to the client)

I (THE ARTIST) AM ALLOWED TO:

Use the commissioned artwork as a sample for future commissions. This means that it will be added to my VGen and Carrd portfolio, as well as posted on my Instagram account.Use the commissioned artwork for content.

DO NOT

Use my artwork for commercial use or merchandising if you have not paid for the license, and there was NO prior agreement.Resell or redistribute my artwork without my full knowledge.ABSOLUTELY DO NOT feed my artwork to AI or use as NFT.Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.Modify/ Hire another artist to modify the artwork without my consent.

NOTE: If the client does any of the actions listed in the "Do Not" Tab, they will be blacklisted from future commissions. The artist will also be sharing this blacklist with other artists.

FINAL AGREEMENT
